Operations Intern

Role Overview

As an Operations Intern, you will be at the frontlines of Snabbits ground-level logistics, partner onboarding, and service delivery workflows. This is a high-ownership role where you will identify operational bottlenecks, analyze performance data, build SOPs, and help scale local service hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Fulfillment & Logistics: Monitor real-time order flows, provider matching, and dispatch times to ensure strict 15-minute SLA adherence.
• Partner Network & Onboarding: Assist with service partner (professionals/technicians) onboarding, training, equipment inventory management, and account setup.
• Data Analysis & Dashboards: Extract operational metrics using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to build performance trackers (fulfillment rates, delay causes, partner utilization).
• Process Optimization & SOPs: Identify friction points in ground operations, propose solutions, and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
• Quality Assurance & Customer Experience: Audit completed jobs, collect partner feedback, and resolve field escalations in real-time.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Management, or related quantitative fields preferred).
• Analytical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
• Execution & Ownership: High bias for action with a structured problem-solving approach. You like getting your hands dirty to solve real-world operational challenges.
• Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills to interface with field staff, central teams, and leadership.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
