Operations Intern

Role and Responsibility

• Assist the Operations team in KYC verification and validation of loan applicants.
• Review customer documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of KYC information as per company guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or mismatched information and coordinate for resolution.
• Support the team in loan documentation, data entry, and backend operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pending documents and verification requirements.
• Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare basic MIS/reports related to KYC and operational activities.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and applicable KYC/compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Only Fresher Candidates allowed
• Age Limit to 25 Years
• Graduation 3rd Year Pursuing or Graduated candidates can apply
• Coordination Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to work with repetitive process- oriented task
• Willingness to learn banking/NBFC loan Operations.
