Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Operations Interns to support our Credit Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students interested in banking, finance, credit operations, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end credit management process.
• Coordinate with Client Managers and Credit Product Officers.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up for collection of financial documents and information.
• Ensure timely completion of loan monitoring activities.
• Monitor credit compliance and documentation requirements.
• Track and resolve collateral, documentation, and past-due exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
