Position Details

Role: Business Operations Intern

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Mumbai, Nariman Point

Experience: 0–1 years

Internship Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Audit daily operations to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
• Maintain performance reports
• Work with sales teams to implement changes and track impact
• Assist to identify funnel gaps and recommend solutions
• Ensure data accuracy across all reporting and analysis
• Drive tasks to timely completion with ownership
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders with clear communication
• Assist to solve operational and performance-related problems
• Handling and conducting Webinars on various topics related to Study Abroad

Required Skills

• Clear and effective communication skills
• Confident in front of camera and can conduct webinars
• Proficiency in data handling and reporting
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on execution
• Ability to identify gaps and take a solution-oriented approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
