Stipend: 15,000 per month

Job Description

BrightCHAMPS is looking for a proactive and organized Demo-Ops Intern to coordinate demo classes between teachers and customers. The role involves scheduling demos, handling calls and messages, managing follow-ups, tracking attendance, and maintaining operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule demo classes with teachers and customers.
• Handle calls, emails, chats, and follow-ups related to demo classes.
• Manage demo confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
• Follow up on missed demos and arrange alternative slots.
• Track demo schedules and attendance using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Maintain accurate records and update operational trackers.
• Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Comfortable working from the office six days a week, with a rotational weekday off.
