Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Working Days: Sundays and 2 Saturdays off per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head / Managing Director to oversee daily business operations, drive operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills, with BPO experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor operational teams to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and overall team performance.
• Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and processes.
• Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with different departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Provide flexible support beyond regular working hours whenever required based on business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Head, or in a similar leadership role.
• BPO experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business operations and performance management.
