Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery schedules, assign drivers, and optimize routes using software.

Monitor real-time delivery status, track KPIs, and prepare daily/weekly operational (MIS) reports.

Resolve delivery issues, customer complaints, and RTO/NDR (Return to Origin/Non-Delivery Report) cases.

Ensure compliance with safety/quality standards and maintain service center operations.

Liaise between customers, drivers, and internal teams (Hub/Warehouse).

Manage the Proof of Delivery process.

Identify and fix operational gaps within the losses and supply chain processes.

Problem-solving related to operational challenges.

Requirements:

Graduate degree, often with 1-2+ years of relevant logistics/supply chain experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, logistics software and communication skills - Mandatory

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a team

Knowledge of Vendor Management
