Key Responsibilities • Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle customer queries professionally. • Gold Loan Operations: Support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records. • Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities. • Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
