Raaj Industrial Lubricants Limited is an ISO-certified lubricant blending company established in 1990 and part of the Rajgarhia Group of Enterprises. It manufactures automotive, industrial, marine, specialty and other lubricants, supported by an in-house testing facility and a focus on quality.

Job Summary

For the trading department, this role will focus on operations related tasks such as coordinating shipping/delivery, import/export documentation, container sourcing/handling, managing transporters, warehouse/storage activities and purchase-order-to-dispatch processes for shipments across India and Dubai, ensuring timely, compliant and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Documentation

• Prepare and verify import/export documents, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and delivery records.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents and port authorities; track deadlines and resolve documentation issues.

Shipment & Container Coordination

• Plan and track shipments from booking and loading through clearance and final delivery.
• Coordinate container loading/unloading, vehicle arrangements and safe handling of drums, pails, barrels and IBCs.
• Maintain shipment trackers and dispatch records; escalate delays and help minimize detention, demurrage and avoidable costs.

India–Dubai Operations & Inventory

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters and warehouse teams in India and the UAE.
• Monitor stock movements, verify quantities against supporting documents and report shortages, damage or discrepancies.
• Ensure applicable customs, transport, product-handling and safety requirements are followed.

Vendor & Cost Management

• Obtain and compare logistics quotations, verify freight and port invoices, and monitor vendor service and turnaround times.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control logistics costs.

Purchase Order & Dispatch Processing

• Verify purchase orders, product details, rates, quantities and payment terms; create the relevant sales order in the company system.
• Coordinate vehicle details with Sales or Logistics and share confirmed details with suppliers for loading.
• Enter supplier invoice details and send verified documents to the Billing Team for customer invoicing.
• Obtain HOD approval for credit transactions and follow approved payment terms before vehicle release or invoice sharing.
• Coordinate account creation and purchase-order generation based on details received from the Material Supply Team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Operation, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Operation, shipping, import/export or supply chain operations; India–UAE experience preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation, follow-up and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

 Preferred Competencies

•  Ability to work under tight shipment deadlines.
• Attention to detail in documentation and inventory records.
•  Practical experience in port operations, customs documentation, container handling, and shipment coordination.
•  Experience coordinating shipments involving India and the UAE is preferred.
