Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations, including booking, tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, export documentation, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and other logistics partners.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve operational delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, MIS reports, and operational data.
• Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to ensure timely customer updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
• Support rate coordination, shipment cost tracking, and vendor follow-ups as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, shipping, or export-import operations will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of shipment processes and export documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and work in a fast-paced environment.
