Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of ride-hailing services.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, charging schedules, and fleet readiness.
• Coordinate with drivers, field teams, onboarding teams, and customer support to resolve operational issues.
• Track operational metrics such as rides completed, cancellations, driver productivity, and vehicle utilization.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle operational escalations related to vehicle breakdowns, charging issues, driver availability, and service disruptions.
• Maintain operational trackers, prepare MIS reports, and share regular performance updates with management.
• Coordinate driver onboarding, attendance, engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Support cost optimization, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Take ownership of assigned operational targets and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data tracking, and operational reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle time-sensitive operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electric mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
• Experience coordinating with field teams, drivers, or vendors.
• Familiarity with operational dashboards, MIS reporting, and performance tracking.
