Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage lead generation, order processing, dispatch, and inventory management at Xxtra Armor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate B2B leads and maintain prospect databases with timely follow-ups.
• Process customer orders and coordinate packing, invoicing, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct stock checks.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and management teams.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in operations, order management, or warehouse/e-commerce operations.
• Good Excel skills, communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making calls to prospective customers.
• Automotive, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer products experience is an advantage.
