Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and site teams.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, data sheets, and MIS reports.
• Track project status, material requirements, deliveries, and pending tasks.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work and follow up on outstanding activities.
• Handle emails, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Support management in planning, monitoring, and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, filters, sorting, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations
• Candidates with experience in project coordination, vendor management, or site operations will be preferred.
