Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate with workers, and ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to workers.

- Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

- Monitor workers performance and task completion.

- Handle shift-related operational issues and take practical action.

- Update the Shift Manager and senior management on daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate preferred.

- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and computers.

- Good time management and multitasking skills.

- Ability to coordinate with workers and manage daily tasks.

Candidate Preference

Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or operations are preferred.
