Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage backend operations for events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
  
• Oversee event production, including setup, teardown,logistics ,and End to End coordination ,
  
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Backend Operations or related field (Event Management).
  
• Strong understanding of corporate events, event planning, feild service, and operations management.
  
• Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
