Operations Executive

Roles & responsibilities:

• Monitor patient enrolment process and ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Leave management of nurses.
• Handle nurses grievances as the first point of escalation and address it to give a logical closure.
• Handle and manage patients complaints and resolve issues smoothly.
• Responsible for transport and logistics.
• Responsible for operational issues in regards to field visits. (deployment of staff/field supervisor)
• Responsible for monitoring and scheduling supervisory visits of the field supervisors, regularly review the visits and ensure bridging the gaps wherever required.
• Responsible for patient discharges.
• Update reporting manager on any concerns in the field and address them smoothly.

MIS and reporting:

• Reports on Manpower utilization, case mix and other metrics report for the review.
• Submit reports as prescribed to the concerned reporting manager.
• Any other work assigned by the manager time to time.
