Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales target of hub/branch in all product categories in line with
the revenue object of the company
Sales order processing generate invoices in SAP for the order and coordinate with the
delivery team for dispatch
Managing a delivery team to ensure timely product deliveries
Monitoring stock levels and reorder products as per branch requirement to avoid stock out
conditions
Overall administration of store/depot, Managing staff & shift arrangements
Control of receiving goods from the relevant sections depends upon the store requirements
Check the cash flow and sales on a daily basis and submit to accounts department
Taking regular feedback from customer and monitoring customer satisfaction level
Complete day to day operational procedures adhering to our SOP
Interacting with customer and to persuade them to purchase the product categories of
ABAD foods.
Responsible for achieving branch sales & collection targets
Handling incoming calls, attending complaints and forwarding it to concern departments,
Maintain good relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
Identify non active customers and coordinate with the sales executive to reactive them
Analyze the buying patterns of the customers and promote the products which they are not
purchasing
Payment follow Up should be done on a regular basis and maintain the DSO (Days sales
Outstanding) within the acceptable levels
