Refteck is hiring Operations Associates for our Baroda office. We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive candidates to join our operations team.

Position: Operations Associate
Location: Baroda, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per company standards (based on experience & interview)

Key Responsibilities (JD):

• Offer preparation
• Offer upload and documentation
• WIP (Work in Progress) preparation and tracking
• Portal handling for various customers
• Coordination and data accuracy in operational tasks

Requirements:

• Strong computer knowledge (Excel, email, portals)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Prior operations / backend experience preferred (not mandatory)
