Job Description: Executive: Projects & Import Exports

Projects Execution

• Receipt of orders alongwith supportive documents from Sales department and preparing the Internal Work Order presentation
• Coordinating with internal departments, seeking clarifications on technical and commercial terms.
• Data entry of the incoming orders in local ERP system
• Imports & export planning and deciding the schedule on requisite steps
• CHA Vendor selection, Vendor evaluation, negotiation and order placement
• Preparing Project Information reports to provide feedback to top management on Execution performance, Imports, custom clerance management, Payment & fund management and aging analysis.
• Follow up with CHA for the clearance of Goods, E Way Bills, duty paument
• Preparing the Dispatch documents, exhibition documents, import and export documents and records
• Preparing for stock Audit, Inventory Management and control
• Preparing Monthly Sales Report, Monthly Dispatch reports
• Preparing Invoices with ERP/Tally / SAP

Statutory Compliance

• Ensuring compliance to the govt. rules and regulations as laid down by statutory authorities

Preferable:

• Should be Team Oriented
• P owledge of ERP environment, Tally and SAP a plus P
