Operations Executive

Experience: 02 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma – IT, Operations, Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QR code scanning and linking for wire coils/boxes during production, packing & dispatch.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory and dispatch data in ERP/traceability systems.
• Reconcile physical stock with system data and prepare regular reports.
• Provide first-level IT support for scanners, printers, desktops, tablets and basic network issues.
• Monitor QR printing quality, label control and ensure process compliance.
• Support hardware/software setup, updates and preventive maintenance.
• Train operators on scanning procedures and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with central IT/vendors for technical escalations.

Key Skills:
Basic MS Excel (Lookup, Pivot & Reports)
ERP/Inventory/Production systems
QR scanner & hardware handling
Basic IT/LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail & documentation
Comfortable working on the shop floor and in shifts
