Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project operations and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, field teams and internal teams.
• Plan and track project timelines, deliverables and execution status.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and logistics required for projects.
• Follow up with vendors and on-ground teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain project-related reports, trackers, photographs and documentation.
• Monitor execution quality and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate multi-location branding and BTL activation projects.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of execution proofs and reports.
• Support the team in preparing quotations, work orders and other operational documents.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, BTL, Events, Marketing or a similar role.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and on-ground teams.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai when required.
• Candidates who are proactive, responsible and eager to learn will be preferred.
