Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily production planning, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  
• Oversee manpower handling, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  
• Provide operational support to the team by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes to meet quality standards.
  
• Ensure effective shop floor control through supervision of production activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of operations planning, production management, and manufacturing principles.
  
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
  
• Proficiency in daily production planning, shop floor control, and production supervising.
