Operations Executive

Acquire, onboard, and activate instructor supply to hit fleet targets. Manage 100% legal compliance (DL, RC, insurance), track daily capacity, resolve field bottlenecks, and ensure high operational readiness and retention.

Required Candidate profile

2-4 years experience in fleet management, supply ops, or field execution. Detail-oriented in compliance, comfortable with ops dashboards, and proactive in building supply channels.
