Operations Executive

Accountability:

• Monitor and manage inflow of inspection leads from clients and ensure timely action.

• Coordinate with client SPOCs to facilitate inspections and provide regular status updates.

• Perform quality checks on valuation reports by verifying vehicle details, images, and supporting data.

• Determine and update pricing of assets based on QC findings and market value assessment.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and increase client share.

• Address client queries and resolve issues related to reports, valuation, and quality via calls and emails.

• Coordinate closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct training sessions for client executives on system usage and process workflows.

• Ensure adherence to defined TAT and quality standards across all inspections and reports.

• Strong understanding of vehicle inspection, valuation, and pricing dynamics

• Effective client handling and relationship management skills

• Good analytical ability for quality checks and price evaluation
