Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through chat support.
Understand customer concerns and deliver a positive customer experience.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Ensure professional and effective written communication with customers.
Follow process guidelines and escalate complex issues whenever required.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Confident while interacting with and assisting customers.
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM.
Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90%.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
