Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer needs.
  
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and maintain accurate records.
  
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies to prevent fraud or errors.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, HR) to achieve business objectives.
  
• Monitor branch performance metrics such as productivity, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in branch operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of banking processes including account opening, maintenance, and closure.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
