Position: Operations Executive

Location: Solapur (MIT VGS)
Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Role Summary:

The Operations Executive will manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the pre-school, ensuring a safe, orgaorganised ized, and child-friendly environment while coordinating with staff and parents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Handle student admissions, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff
• Manage parent communication and resolve queries
• Supervise housekeeping, transport, and security staff
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with school standards
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Assist in organizing school events and activities
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain data records

Educational Qualification:

• Preferred:
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Pre-School Management
• MBA/PGDM in Operations / Administration (added advantage)
