Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures.
• Provide email support to customers, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist in managing emails, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence through effective communication.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of blended process, non-voice process, and email communication/email support/email management.
• Proficiency in handling multiple emails simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Rotational Shift and Week Off
