Operations Executive

Office Location- Sarita Vihar, Delhi
Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0- 3 years of experience in backend operations, healthcare operations, customer support, BPO, or shared services.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or health-tech will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong analytical skills may also be considered.
• Mandatory languages- Hindi, English & Gujarati.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle backend healthcare operations through voice and non-voice processes.
• Process customer requests, healthcare cases, and transactions accurately within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
• Identify discrepancies or process gaps and report them to the Team Lead.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems in real time.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Tech, and Quality whenever required for issue resolution.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Adapt to new tools, process changes, and automation initiatives.
