Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance policy issuance and related operational activities.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance and pending requirements.
• Verify proposal forms, KYC and other required documents before policy issuance.
• Handle endorsements, corrections and policy-related requests.
• Maintain proper policy records and documentation.
• Follow up with insurers for pending policies, endorsements and operational matters.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and policy issuance records.
• Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle, premium and policy information.
• Coordinate internally with sales/accounts teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain insurer-wise documentation and operational requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned cases and proper record keeping
