Operations Executive - VKYC

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused VKYC Operations Executive to support the customer onboarding and verification process. The role involves conducting Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) interactions, validating customer information and documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements, and delivering a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined processes while handling customer interactions professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) / Video Customer Identification Process (VCIP) as per defined SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with customers over video calls and guide them through the verification process.
• Verify customer details, identity documents, and other required information as per the applicable process.
• Ensure customer information is accurately captured and updated in the designated systems.
• Follow prescribed KYC, compliance, and customer verification guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, suspicious patterns, or potential fraud indicators and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Ensure all verification decisions are based on defined process guidelines and available evidence.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while handling customer verification cases.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, AHT, conversion, and SLA targets.
• Handle customer queries during the verification journey and provide clear, professional guidance.
• Follow data privacy, information security, and customer confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in process training, refresher sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and process-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.
• The role demands 6 days of work with rotational week-offs and 9 hours of rotational shift timings.
• The job demands 100% working from the office.
