Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Employment Type: Contractual (3 months)
  - Location: ETV Campus, Flipkart Office, Bangalore
  - Work Type: Onsite, rotational shift, 6 days/week

Experience Level: 8months to 2 Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients, explaining our products/services, and handling inquiries.

Important Requirement: Fluent Hindi communication skills are strictly mandatory. We are looking for immediate joiners who can start right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.
• Clearly pitch products/services, answer customer queries, and address concerns professionally.
• Follow up on warm leads and drive conversions or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the database/CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly call volume and lead conversion targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory). Knowledge of English and local languages is an added advantage.
• Availability: Immediate Joiner (07 days notice period max).
• Education: UG is a must
• Experience: Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Support Executive is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Skills: Good active listening, phone etiquette, basic computer proficiency, and persuasion skills.
