About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Management Executive to manage end-to- end marketplace claims, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive timely claim resolution. The role requires strong operational ownership, data analysis, and stakeholder management to minimize claim leakage and improve recovery.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end claims across marketplaces (e.g. Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, etc.).
Prepare, validate, and submit claims within defined timelines.
Track claim status, follow up with marketplace/KAM teams, and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with Category, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Support, and Marketplace teams to resolve claim- related issues.
Analyze claim trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Publish daily/weekly MIS, dashboards, and actionable insights on claim performance.
Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with marketplace policies.
Drive continuous process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve recovery rates.
Escalate unresolved issues and monitor TAT adherence with external stakeholders.
Requirement:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of marketplace operations and claims lifecycle.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
Experience with ERP/WMS/OMS platforms such as Uniware is an advantage.
Experience: 2-5 years in Claims Management, Marketplace Operations, Seller Operations, or Supply Chain Operations.
Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Management, or equivalent preferred).
Experience handling marketplace claims for e-commerce businesses.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Category, Warehouse, Finance, and Marketplace teams.
Data-driven approach with the ability to convert analysis into operational improvements.
