Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days, i.e., Monday to Friday (WFO) & Saturday (WFH)

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive Software Sales Operations will be responsible for supporting the end-toend sales operations process, ensuring smooth execution of software licensing, quotations, order processing, renewals, customer onboarding, and coordination with internal teams and technology partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software licensing, sales processes, CRM systems, and customer relationship management.

Required Skills -

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of software licensing and subscription models.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, and cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
