Responsible for accurate customer onboarding, KYC verification, customer registration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and verification of customer orders against agreements/contracts and approved commercial commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate customer KYC, GST, PAN, and other mandatory documents.
• Ensure accurate customer master-data creation and registration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Register customer orders in NAV based on approved products, quantities, pricing, discounts, payment and delivery terms.
• Cross-check customer orders with agreements/contracts and approved commercial terms.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or unauthorized commercial deviations before order processing.
• Maintain customer-wise KYC, contracts, agreements, amendments, and approval records in OneDrive.
• Ensure complete, accurate, standardized, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and other teams for clarification and resolution of discrepancies.
