Operations Executive- Sales Support | Life Insurance

We have an urgent opening for the Position of Operations Executive in Sales Support in Leading Life Insurance Company.

• To accelerate the customer onboarding pipeline through expert coordination and execution of the Video KYC process for local and NRI clients.
• You will ensure customer KYC and Sales Compliance process is handled with speed, accuracy, and professional excellence to drive timely policy issuance
• Conduct live Video KYC sessions as per regulatory guidelines.
• Support periodic compliance audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for customer scheduling.
• Assist in document collection and pre-screening
• Identify red flags and escalate suspicious cases to Compliance
• Demonstrates high attention to detail with strong accuracy in handling customer cases and operational tasks.
• Possesses clear and articulate verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently interact with global stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support international time zones and ensure seamless service continuity.
