Operations Executive - Night Shift

We are hiring Operations Executives for our international logistics operations on night shift. We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented candidates who can handle real-time tracking, coordination, data accuracy and follow-ups across multiple teams and systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor fleet movement, trips, dashcams and yard activity through the shift
• Enter and verify operational data accurately across multiple systems
• Review records and reports against set rules and standards, and flag discrepancies
• Coordinate with drivers, field teams and internal staff over call, chat and email
• Escalate delays, discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and shift handover records
• Follow up on pending items until closure

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong written and spoken English you will be in direct daily contact with Canadian and US teams
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Comfortable with MS Excel, email and web-based tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working a fixed night shift, 5:00 PM 3:00 AM IST, six days a week
• Open to learning new tools and taking on varied responsibilities
• Freshers or experienced candidates welcome full training provided
• Prior experience in US/Canada trucking, freight or international back-office process is an advantage, not a requirement
