Operations Executive - Motor Insurance

About the Role

We are looking for Backend Service Executives to join our Motor Insurance Backend Service Team. The role involves handling motor insurance policy issuance and servicing through direct insurance company portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end service support to agents for Motor Insurance.
• Handle agent requirements for policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, payments and other servicing.
• Coordinate with agents, internal teams and insurance companies for policy-related requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of agent requests as per defined TATs and processes.
• Maintain accuracy and adherence to defined TATs and processes.

Key Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Motor Insurance/Backend Service.
• Good knowledge of Motor Insurance processes is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in policy issuance.
• Experience working directly on insurance company portals is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience only on PolicyBoss or other aggregator portals will not be considered.

Good communication and coordination skills.
