Job Title: Operations Executive - Medical Underwriting

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing back-office support for medical underwriting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical insurance applications and policy documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process medical insurance applications and underwriting documents.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Verify customer details, medical declarations, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on pending cases, quotations, approvals, and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Support daily operational reporting and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; insurance or medical underwriting experience preferred.
• Experience in medical insurance operations or broker back-office support is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
