Operations Executive (Gurgaon)

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Executive to support day-to-day activities in a wealth management setup. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities including CRM management, vendor coordination, and content support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in blog/content posting and basic digital updates

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations

Handle MIS reports and data tracking using Excel

Support backend operations related to investments / client servicing

Ensure proper documentation and process compliance

Manage ad-hoc operational tasks as required

Key Skills Required:

Tech-savvy with good understanding of tools and systems

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Strong coordination communication skills

Ability to multitask and handle end-to-end operations

Basic understanding of financial services / wealth management (preferred)
