Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage import operations from start to finish, ensuring timely clearance of goods through customs.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics processes.
  
• Prepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  
• Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records throughout the supply chain.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
