Operations Executive (Field)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a field-first role — you'll spend most of your day at client sites and with our on-ground teams, making sure work actually gets done, and the rest closing the loop on reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site visits across the assigned territory as per the service schedule.
• Coordinate with clients on site to understand requirements and resolve service issues.
• Carry out quality checks at client locations and document findings.
• Track material and consumable usage at site against defined norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely service delivery.
• Identify recurring operational issues and support timely resolution.
• Support process improvements and help implement standard procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 years of experience in Operations/Field Services.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and working English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
