Operations Executive (Field Technician)

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and training of Mobilab devices at client locations across India.
• Conducting product demonstrations and field-level training.
• Conducting diagnostic camps and supporting field operations.
• Client coordination and providing on-site technical support.
• Ensuring proper adherence to laboratory and testing protocols.
• Supporting other operational activities related to Mobilab deployments.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and speaking skills.
• Good understanding of laboratory protocols and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with different laboratory instruments and diagnostic machines.
• Ability to understand, demonstrate, and troubleshoot basic laboratory testing workflows.
• Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in field environments.

Preference:

• Education: B.Sc. MLT / DMLT or higher qualification preferred.
• Experience: Freshers can also apply; candidates with relevant field/laboratory experience will be preferred.
• Willingness to Travel: Candidates should be comfortable travelling across India as per operational requirements.
