Operations Executive (E Commerce)

Role & responsibilities: :

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) execution for Swiggy and Zepto.
• Receive, validate and process POs, ensuring accuracy of SKU, quantity, pricing, delivery location and timelines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Planning, Sales and Logistics teams for stock availability and timely order execution.
• Manage delivery appointments on Swiggy & Zepto portals and proactively resolve slot-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for picking, packing and on-time dispatch.
• Track POs from order processing to final delivery and GRN closure.
• Take ownership of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and proactively identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with transporters/3PL partners to ensure timely movement and delivery.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues related to shortages, damages, rejections and pending deliveries.
• Follow up for timely GRN creation and closure and resolve GRN discrepancies.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain PO, Appointment, Dispatch, Delivery, GRN and Issue Trackers.
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly MIS and OTIF reports.
• Highlight ageing POs, pending orders and potential service-level risks to management.
• Drive corrective actions to minimize OTIF failures, delivery delays, reattempts, detention and penalties.

Preference

• 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG, Quick Commerce, E-commerce or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience working with Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, Flipkart Minutes or similar channels will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of PO, appointment, dispatch, delivery and GRN processes.
• Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
