Role : Operations Executive - CKYC

Location: Kochi, South Kalamassery, CO

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in KYC/Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end CKYC processing, verification, and documentation.
• Manage customer onboarding and KYC compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with lending partners for co-lending operations and documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of applications and maintenance of operational records.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of CKYC, KYC, AML, and customer due diligence processes. .
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
