Operations Executive / Business Partner Group-Support

Role & responsibilities

• Manage partner onboarding, activation, training, and lifecycle processes.
• Act as SPOC for partner support and issue resolution.
• Ensure process compliance, audit readiness, and governance adherence.
• Drive system adoption and partner capability development.
• Handle partner exits and F&F settlements.
• Optimize backend operations and reduce operational dependencies.
• Conduct quality checks and improve process efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and partner engagement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely process closures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Partner Support, Operations, Relationship Management, Governance, Compliance, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and operational management systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
