We are looking for a Reservation Operations Executive to manage travel bookings, amendments, cancellations, and customer queries while ensuring a smooth reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight, hotel, and travel reservations

Process booking modifications, cancellations & refunds

Coordinate with airlines, hotels & travel partners

Ensure timely booking confirmations and accurate records

Resolve customer queries efficiently
