Job Description: Operations Executive-Offroll/Apprentice

Location: Surat-Gujarat

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and streamline end to end branch operations, including loan disbursal processes, due diligence for post disbursement activities, KYC due diligences, etc.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit guidelines.

- Maintain high standards of operational processes and controls to meet committed Turnaround Times (TATs) consistently.

- Address and resolve customer grievances and escalated issues.

- Drive improvements in operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organizations mission and enhance management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.

- Develop and track key operational metrics for strategic decision-making

What you should have

- A Bachelors or Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Business Administration or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in the home loan business, demonstrating a thorough understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.

- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

- A proactive team player who can also drive projects independently.
