Operations Executive - Apprentice - Fresher

Role Purpose

The Branch Operations Apprentice will support day-to-day branch operational activities while gaining practical exposure to processes within the housing finance industry. The apprentice will work closely with the Branch Operations team to learn documentation, customer servicing, record management, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in customer documentation, file checking, scanning, and record maintenance.
• Support verification of documents for completeness as per defined process requirements.
• Assist the team in maintaining customer and loan-related records.
• Support coordination with Sales, Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
• Assist in handling basic customer queries and directing customers to the appropriate team.
• Maintain proper filing and tracking of physical and digital documents.
• Support preparation and maintenance of operational MIS and trackers.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information and documents.
• Follow organizational processes, operational guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other branch operations activities assigned by the reporting manager as part of the apprenticeship learning program.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresher
• Program Duration: 12 months
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication preferred.
• Candidates should be interested in building a career in Banking, Financial Services, Housing Finance, or Branch Operations.
