Operations Excellence - Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Improvement Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM projects; identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Process Optimisation Map, analyse, and redesign workflows; standardise SOPs; reduce cycle times and bottlenecks.
• Performance Management Develop KPIs/dashboards; monitor productivity, service levels, inventory, quality, and cost; conduct root cause analysis.
• Cost Reduction Identify savings opportunities; improve resource utilisation, lead projects on working capital, inventory optimisation, and logistics.
• Change Management Drive organisational change; coach teams; build a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Training & Development Conduct Lean Six Sigma training; mentor teams; develop internal champions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Production/Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling, or Plant Operations.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory.
